Solo Spotlight 2026-27 (Grades 3-12)
For singers in 3rd-12th grade. Classes will meet on Wednesdays, 5:15-6:15 p.m., beginning September 30, 2026.
Two sessions of Solo Spotlight will run concurrently throughout the 2026/2027 season. Each session will meet once every two weeks, on alternating Wednesdays from 5:15-6:15 p.m. All singers will participate in the Solo Showcase in the spring on April 17, 2027. Each session is capped at 10 singers.

Anima’s most popular class offering, Solo Spotlight, gives singers a unique and exciting master-class experience. Each singer will select a song (in collaboration with the Artistic Director) across any genre and workshop their piece in a small group setting. Not only will singers work closely with the Artistic Director and accompanist to prepare their song, but they will also hone their constructive critique skills as they provide feedback to their fellow singers.
Solo Spotlight Session A: (Meets on 9/30, 10/14, 10/28, 11/11, 1/27/27, 2/10, 2/24, 3/10, 4/7)
For singers in 3rd-12th grade. Session A will meet every other Wednesday, 5:15-6:15 p.m., beginning September 30, 2026. Class dates for Solo Spotlight Session A: 9/30, 10/14, 10/28, 11/11, 1/27/27, 2/10, 2/24, 3/10, 4/7 All singers will participate in our Solo Showcase on Saturday, April 17, 2027. *If paying tuition by cash or check, the 3% transaction fee will be waived.*

For singers in 3rd-12th grade. Session B will meet every other Wednesday, 5:15-6:15 p.m., beginning September 30, 2026. Class dates for Solo Spotlight Session B: 10/7, 10/21, 11/4, 11/18, 2/3/27, 2/17, 3/3, 3/17, 4/7 All singers will participate in our Solo Showcase on Saturday, April 17, 2027. *If paying tuition by cash or check, the 3% transaction fee will be waived.*
