General Information
Anima uses Choir Genius as its registration and family communications system. The system's features include online registration and invoicing, tuition payment options, and a robust student/parent portal. Through this portal, students and parents will have access to a variety of information, including their current registration and tuition balance, rehearsal and performance schedules, music, attendance records, updates, general announcements, and more.
As is the case with rehearsals and other interactions between Anima and its families, communication through and use of Choir Genius should at all times be responsible and ethical, and promote civility and respect.
Registration and Tuition Policy
Each choir has a small registration fee ($15 or $30) in addition to tuition. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Tuition varies by choir. Tuition can be payed in one full payment, by semester, or in four installments. If you withdraw your child before the first rehearsal, you will get a full tuition refund. If you withdraw your child between the first and third weeks of rehearsals, you will get a 50% tuition refund. If you withdraw your child after the third week of rehearsals, there is no refund.
Student & Family Privacy on Choir Genius
Anima values and seeks to protect student and family privacy.
By registering your child for Anima on Choir Genius, you agree to share your child's first name and last initial and choir with other Anima families on Choir Genius. If you upload a picture on your child's profile or write a member bio for your child, these will also be shared on the Members & Parents tab.
